No. The need depends on the equipment manufacturer's maintenance requirements, the system's condition, and what we find during inspection and testing. Deep cleaning is not included in the base visit; we explain why it is needed and quote it separately before you approve the work. Standard oil filter and nozzle replacement are included in the $249 oil-heating visit.
No. There is no membership, maintenance contract, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. You schedule a maintenance visit when you need it and pay for that visit only.

Before regular heating use begins is a convenient time, but maintenance is available throughout the year. The right timing depends on the equipment manufacturer's maintenance schedule and how your system is used.
For applicable gas and oil equipment, we use calibrated test instruments to measure exhaust-gas readings and compare them with the manufacturer's specifications. We record and explain the results as part of your assessment, giving you measured information about burner performance—not just a visual check.
